great hotel near the station

helpful staff clean room

the staff was very helpful. i especially liked the augustiner-keller restaurant they suggested. the buffet breakfast included fresh foods, cooked dishes, juices, coffees, teas, and pastries. i found our room spacious, quiet, and very clean.

the wifi does not work. i could not use internet for four days. they only changed the bed. they did not replace tea and coffee.

the reception staff offered prompt and courteous service. the restaurant recommendation showed great local knowledge. breakfast service was attentive, they kept the buffet well-stocked and clean.

the hotel has a good breakfast buffet with many options. the room was spacious and quiet with fresh towels daily. its location across from the hauptbanhof is ideal, it had an excellent location.

The location is very convenient. It is close to the main train station. The staff at the hotel were nice. The rooms were clean.

The air conditioning did not work well. Extra towels were removed daily. Toilet paper was not replenished without prompting.
